Chère cliente, Les ménages classiques sont en effet inclus dans la prestation mais pas les dégradations: cafetière et plateau du micro-ondes cassés, urine de chien dans toute la chambre ayant nécessité plusieurs shampooinages, amas de poubelles, odeur de tabac dans un studio non-fumeurs...
