HI Im very sorry you didn't get chance to eat with us on your stay. Just to confirm the party of 25 were actually booked in for 7:00pm. any guests who turned up at this time were told we couldn't sit any one as the restaurant was full but if you were happy to wait then we could accommodate the booking later on. I do apologise for the check out incident, the team checking you in should give you clear instructions on what to do when you are leaving your room. We will have a look at some alternative check out options tho. Many thanks Kris & Katie
