Dear Beat, Thank you very much for sharing your recent experience at Starhotels Savoia Excelsior Palace. I would like to assure you that your comments are taken in very high consideration, and I regret to learn our failure in meeting your expectations with the houskeeping. Regarding this I would like to inform you that rooms can be refreshed upto 16:00 every day, for this reason if you need your room prepared earlier, you can inform the reception and/or leave the card "please make up my room" outside your door.
