Lage direkt am Meer und der Bar über dem Wasser

Die Lage des 4-Stern-Hotels, der Preis und die Bilder versprachen einiges, das es teilweise nicht halten konnte. Das erste Zimmer hatte einige kleine Defekte (Batterien des Tresors leer, Stöpsel im Lavabo konnte plötzlich nicht mehr angehoben werden, Türgriff bei Badezimmertüre fehlte. Ich erhielt am zweiten Tag ein anderes Zimmer ohne Defekte. Das Personal war freundlich und echt, frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Ohne die Defekte im ersten Hotelzimmer hätte ich gerne ein „sehr gut“ gegeben.

Hôtel vieillissant mais beau jardin et beau cadre

Pros: La vue sur Fort-de-France, le jardin.
Cons: Les sanitaires
Établissement bien situé en bord de plage. Beau jardin. Belle vue. Les chambres sont toutefois simples pour le prix, et les salles-de-bains vieillottes.

Les fêtes de fin d'année en Martinique

Très jolie hôtel bien situé, personnel sympathique, le dépaysement a été total, les repas étaient toujours excellent que ce soit au Chateau-Briand ou à la Sirène déjeuner copieux. Je déplore un peu la réactivité du personnel mais c'est comme ça dans toute la Martinique donc il faut prendre son mal en patience après tout quand on est en Vacances. Au Cocobar qui est proche de la plage on trouve de bonnes choses à manger fait maison et fraîche. Il y a souvent un peu d'attente mais ça vaut la peine. Pour ce rafraîchir il y a la piscine à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur Fort-de-France. La plage de l'hôtel est très bien entretenu et préparée tout les matins propre mais il y a manque de transat donc souvent les gens viennent poser leur linge pour réserver leur couchette dès le matin et ne vienne que plus tard dans la journée. Plusieurs fois les chambres n'ont pas été faites et il a fallut rappeler le service de chambre. Le nouveau personnel n'est pas assez coacher ce qui donne pas toujours satisfaction mais il faut le souligner le personnel expérimenté est très compétent et sympathique.

Inacceptable

Je trouve ça inacceptable que vous puissiez être en partenariat avec un hôtel comme cela . Il est vétuste , ça pue car il n y a pas d' autre nom . Le cadre n en parlons pas !!!! Vue sur un immeuble abandonné et tagué !!!! C est inadmissible . De plus vous avez perdu un client . Car nous passions par vous mais maintenant je choisira un autre opérateur .

Séjour de 3 jours très bon accueil confort de la literie important le linge parfait la mer à vos pieds , la restauration sur place
