Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry that you had to change the room; please allow us to explain what happened exactly. You had to change the first room because, by mistake, our cleaning staff had not prepared it for your arrival; we apologize for this inconvenience, but we would like to specify that you did not even have to move your luggage, because you opened the door, you saw the room was not ready and we immediately assigned you another room. Then, you wanted to change the second room because some noise disturbed you. Please note that the fan in the toilet does not work 24/7, but it turns off at night, so it seems quite difficult to us that the fan could have kept you awake all night. We are sorry instead if being near the breakfast room was not comfortable enough for you: we always try to give our guests a wonderful experience, and we are aware about how difficult might be getting a good rest when away from home… Usually our rooms are quiet and we have guests that specifically ask for that room or the ones next to that, but we understand that different guests have different needs.
