Leider bekam ich vorab keine information darüber dass der Fernseher nicht geht. Auf Nachfrage am Abend sagte man mir das sei schon 2 Wochen so . Es wurde nichts angeboten oder eine Entschädigung vereinbart . Ein Gast wollte beim check out das Hotel sogar verklagen .Er bekam sehr unfreundliche Antworten . Kundenfreundlichkeit muss noch gelernt werden . Auch 3 Sterne Hotels müssen guten Service leisten .ich war das 3.Mal im Haus und überlege ob ich wieder Gast sein möchte .

Nettes zentralgelegenes Hotel grosszügige Zimmer im 80er Jahre Style. Sehr nettes Personal und hervorragendes Frühstückbuffet

Es fing an , dass wir nicht das bekommen haben, was wir gebucht hatten. Ich hatte ein Queensize Bett gebucht und 2 Einzelbetten gekriegt haben. Als wir darauf hinwiesen haben, interessierte das niemanden. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war ungenügend. Teppich an vielen Stellen richtig dreckig und fleckig. Alles sehr alt und abgenutzt. Kühlschrank vorhanden jedoch defekt. Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe, abgenutzt, ungepflegt und sehr unpraktisch (Ein kleines Licht in der Ecke; hinter dem Schminkspiegel). Überall löste sich di Tapete an den Rändern. Warmes Wasser hatte kein Druck und Ablagen für Shampoo sucht man vergebens. Sich in der zu Dusche drehen, ohne sich irgendwo zu stossen oder die Duschkabine aufzustossen, fast unmöglich. Die Fenster kann man nur kippen, aber keine Abhilfe in Form eines Ventilators oder Ähnlichem vorhanden. Personal kann selten Auskunft geben und scheint fast durchgehend unmotiviert. Alles in allem, auch in dieser Preisklasse eine Katastrophe.

Zentral gelegen, zwischen Münster und Bahnhof. Ruhiges Zimmer gehabt. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Check-in schnell, Personal zuvorkommend freundlich 👌 Gerne wieder, danke 🙏

Im Großen und Ganzen war es gut nur leider hat es furchtbar muffig gestunken in unserem Zimmer (kam wohl aus dem Abflussrohr in der Dusche). Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren und zudem spät am Abend ankamen, haben wir einfach mit und offenen Fenstern geschlafen und so ging es, aber wenn wir länger geblieben wären hätten wir definitiv nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt.
