Chambre supérieure réservée pour le 31 et on nous a attribué une chambre normale puis lors du check-in on nous attribue une chambre qui était déjà occupée par quelqu’un avec ses affaires et son manteau !! Et on a le culot de me dire « oh bah si vous voulez on vous attribue une autre chambre » ..! « Si je veux » ? C’était n’importe quoi! Au final, on a eu peur qu’il se passe la même chose avec nous et que les gens ne soient pas aussi corrects et nous volent! Par ailleurs, inutile de prendre la peine de payer le parking car on vous donne des bons de sorties (parking extérieur) alors qu’il n’y a pas de barrière de sécurité ! Donc 12€ foutus à la poubelle. Cherchez à vous garer devant l’hôtel plutôt ou même dans leur parking car il n’y a aucune vérification. Ça se dit 4 étoiles mais au mieux c’est 2 étoiles et demi. Le contour de la fenêtre voit sa peinture partir en lambeaux ce qui est affreux, nous n’avions pas de sucre avec le café/thé lis à disposition ... Enfin, check-out très long juste pour remettre une carte ..! Bref, je déconseille un quelconque séjour au Golden Tulip de Roissy, je n’y remettrai plus les pieds. Pour avoir fait des 4* sur Paris & La Défense, celui-ci se moque bien du monde.

Cher client, tout d'abord, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un commentaire. Il semble que plusieurs choses ne se soient pas déroulées selon votre convenance. Concernant votre arrivée dans une chambre occupée, ceci est une erreur impardonnable. Du fait de votre commentaire anonyme, je ne peux néanmoins pas investiguer plus afin de comprendre ce qui a pu se passer. Concernant le parking, elle était en effet défectueuse ce jour la. Concernant la chambre, certains éléments peuvent être abîmés et nous assurons un suivi régulier. Une rénovation totale est d'ailleurs prévu cette année. Pour finir sur le check-in, nous sommes certain que vous comprendrez que cette procédure soit un peu plus que remettre une carte et cela peut en effet paraître long. Nous nous en excusons et soyez assuré que nous ferons au mieux pour raccourcir ce délai tout en répondant aux exigences de nos procédures. hotel correct avec transfert à CDG. personnel disponible à notre arrivée et au petit déjeuner. pour le départ c'était moins bien et difficile de se garer dans les parking du fait des cars des touristes...
