Good morning Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad that you enjoyed your room and location, as you said your room didn't have any kettle or knifes on it. But we have both available in reception free of charge. We work this way because not all the rooms have kitchen and this way any room who need this, can ask for it. We are sorry to hear that your shampoo, was not replenished, this is a mistake of the staff and not the way we usually work. We also take note of your suggestion of different breakfast for diferent days, but we think our customers prefer a buffet where they can pick their own kind of breakfast.
