GRAND HARBOUR HOTEL - VALLETTA (March 2018)

Pros: The location; the welcome, the warmth, the views, the security and the home from home friends and family feeling from check in to check out. Perfect!
Cons: Not necessary for its location but maybe a vending machine next to the lift for those peckish moments. Potential for light snack income on balance.
Location: Didn't venture too far but did a trip to Mdina's "Walled City" - Certainly worth a visit. The gardens; Museums, Churches & Cathedrals are close. GOLD!
Absolutely perfect from the meet and greet taxi service to the very last minute this delightful haven was a fabulous retreat for a week. The staff were welcoming and professionally helpful at all times. There is a snuggy little bar in the tiny reception area. The dining room only serves an all you can eat style breakfast. Whether you turn left or right out of the front door there is a mass of quaint eating establishments. The 5 minute walk upto the higher streets reveal even more excitement. The hotel is an ideal place to be. Overlooking the harbour, our room was delightful with an added advantage of the rooftop balcony area particularly when at noon and 4pm each day the battlement to the right fired one of the historic cannon's. We will definitely be staying again.

The hotels location is excellent right in the centre of Valletta and the view from our terrace was stunning the breakfast was lovely no bad points at all overall an excellent well run hotel

Cons: nothing
Location: very central, close to public transport and all main sights of Valletta

Superb location

Nice hotel, good staff, reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Valletta.
