I like the attitude of the housekeeper, the room was clean and adequate, beds are comfortable. And location close to Cotsco, Train/Subway/Bus station, Burguer King, Starbucks and Subway really close. I don't like the attitude of the staff in the front desk, most of them are rude and even one day, the first morning of the change for Saving Time, I didn't know because of course I am foreigner, I asked for my "breakfast bag" and they laugh on me. I am a Pilot and this is the first time the Staff did not advise to the guest about this change. Also, the advertise includes "breakfast" but the "breakfast" is a paper bag with a small kids juice, one banana, a small twinkie, and a cookie bar. And they take care of these bags as if really were a huge option. Conclusion: room and housekeeping, excellent.for the price. Staff attitude (most of them) not good, from 0 to 10 perhaps a 6 or 7.
