holiday

Arrived 1hour early for check in after a 6 hour drive, unfortunately room was not ready. Offered a room upgrade for a additional $40+, we weren't offered any complementary coffee while the room was being cleaned, so we had to go out in the rain to find a coffee shop and wait for 1 hour. Returned back to reception and had to wait another 15mins whilst they tried to find which room was where our bags had been transferred too. 5 star hotel, treats their customers like 1 star.

Simply the best

Top notch downtown Vancouver experience. This is a five star hotel without a doubt. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well stocked. The dining is excellent. The staff are very freiendly and extremely helpful. You get what you pay for. Just wish that it had an indoor pool.

Wonderful pre and after cruise stay

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us, the porters took your luggage to the cruise ship and also returned your luggage to your room after the cruise. The rooms were amazingly comfortable, with every amenity you could think of. The only service we did not use was the restaurants as they were very expensive, and there were plenty of cheaper eating places around Canada Place. We had a problem with the coffee maker and the electrician came to the room in a matter of minutes and sorted the problem out.

Top class, top location

The executive club level is outstanding offering breakfast, evening canapes, complementary internet, free papers, bottled water & chocs with the turn down service, exclusive check-in, dedicated concierge, free tea & coffee all day, and stunning top floor views. So you get a lot of bang for your extra bucks. I would recommend it to anybody.

Top Hotel

This is a very good quality hotel that was really only let down by not providing free internet access. Even in the cheaper city side rooms the view is spectacular. The bathroom is larger than some hotels rooms I've stayed in and provided Aveda toiletries and plenty of towels. The hotel is located in Canada place and many of the tours and free shuttles to attractions start from directly outside. The location is also just a couple of blocks from Gastown and the main shopping areas and about 20mins walk from Stanley Park. There is a food court directly opposite and some very good restaurants within a very short walk.

Toller Familienurlaub an bester Lage!

Super Abschluss in super Hotel
