Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property. Guests can choose either a 30-minute domestic flight offered by Maldivian Airlines to Kudahuvadhoo Airport followed by a 30-minute speedboat transfer to the resort, or a 45-minute seaplane flight. Guests must pay the domestic flight and the speedboat fees to the property directly. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their international flight details when making reservations.

This property is accessible by seaplane. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours in advance of arrival to arrange transfers (surcharge); transfers are subject to seat availability. Seaplane transfers operate only during daylight hours. Guests arriving outside of airline operating hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Baggage allowance for each guest is 44 pounds (20 kilograms) and 11 pounds (5 kilograms) for hand luggage; fees apply for excess luggage. Transfers for infants under age 2 are included and infants are not provided a seat. If a seat is required, the child transfer rate will apply.
