Quiet, lovely hotel with wonderful rooms

Had a lovely stay in this wonderful hotel. The rooms were quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful. Arrived in the evening to the glorious lobby filled with candles.

Five star and more

Just returned from a long weekend at this hotel , if you are looking for a five star hotel you will not be disappointed , situated 5 mins from San Marco square , hotel is quirky and amazing , we were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade to a suite and wow , well worth it if you can afford it , staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble , rooms are spotlessly clean , breakfast vast and plentiful , tea , coffee and cakes available all day , the roof terrace is a beautiful touch , lots of cushions and candles , perfect to watch sunset over Venice , will be returning to this hotel very soon

Friendly cosy and good location

Having found the hotel from the instructions they per sent me, the welcome was very friendly. There are a lot of steps in the very old hotel, but the staff insisted on bringing up the luggage (thank goodness). There is a chair lift for disabled. The room was compact, but very cosy and well decorated, as advertised on the site. My view was of a side street but was not in long enough to care. The roof terrace was nice to relax on and the breakfast was as you would expect for Continental fare. Again the staff couldn't be more helpful. The location was ideal for walking to most sights, approx 10mins to Rialto and same to San Marco (minus luggage!). Everywhere was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

Bien placé. Personnel très courtois. Petit déjeuner correct. Un effort devrait être fait pour la literie. Lit beaucoup trop mou. Un peu bruyant de bonne heure le matin à cause des bateaux transportants les décors de la Fenice

Genial nah am Markusplatz. Mit Flughafen direkt ans Hotel gefahren worden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
