    little gem in San Marco Venice.

    excellent hotel. very friendly English speaking staff. the hotel door is 30 feet from san Marco plaza. a short walk to the water buses. excellent breakfasts, staff is very accommodating. rooms are not large but that is standard for most of Europe in general. i would highly recommend this hotel. take advantage of the staffs ability to setup excursions.

    This place is literally in the shadows of St. Mark’s Basilica. It’s convenient and close to the heart of Venice.
