Budget hotel.. good, get what you pay for

Great location for getting to Venice as its near main train station (don't be put off by the smelly underground which gets you to and from the station). Lady receptionist very nice however the male owner not and kicked us out at 9.30am as '10am check out' means he leaves at 10. Room is basic, beds pretty uncomfortable but you get what you pay for. Breakfast average with just a selection of pastries, some cereals and a coffee machine.
