Staff outstanding. Very welcoming, Friendly, full of useful info and incredibly charming and helpful 😁 perfect location for everything. Quiet little street. Easy to find and very accessible. Decor could do with an update but it’s a perfect little no frills pit stop. Would definitely stay again. Staff 10/10 😊

Great Hotel in a fantastic location

Pros: The staff, the location, the breakfast, the rooms
Cons: I can’t think of anything
Location: Perfect location with St Marks Square no more than 5 minutes away.
We stayed here for two nights and I am so pleased I chose the Al Nuevo Teson. Everything from the help from Alisandro when we checked in to the beautiful room made a perfect two days in Venice . The hotel I stayed so easy to find when you get off the vaparetto at Arsenale. As it’s not too deep in the winding roads if this is your first time to Venice you won’t struggle to find it. The room was spotless, cosy (it was a really cold night) and very good quality for 3 star. The bed was super comfy too. I thought we were getting an annex room however we got a room in the main hotel. Breakfast was enough to set us up for the day. It had fruit salad which was really fresh and tasty, bread, cheese, ham, eggs,yoghurt, croissants,cereals, Nutella, honey, jam, coffee, fruit juice and on our first day the tastiest lemon slice imaginable. It is no more than a 5 minute walk to St Marks Square and all the bustling streets typical of Venice, we took a left and went down to arsenale and wandered as well for a while. I would thoroughly recommend the Al Nuevo Teson for a quality hotel with friendly helpful staff and superb breakfast and location. I can’t wait to return.

Ein Super Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett, wir waren schon sehr fĂŒr da ca. gegen 11 Uhr trozdem durften wir schon ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein jedoch aber sehr schön. Die Lage ist Perfekt! Das Hotel ist sehr weiter zuempfeheln. Echt Super!
