    Good location and friendly

    Lovely desk and breakfast staff all very helpful. The hotel could do with a makeover but that’s the same for most of Venice!! Good location for getting around Venice, we would stay again!!

    Location was good, staff was excellent! Room was fairly small, bathroom tiny, hard to fit in shower, mosquitoes in the room.

    Was very noisy. Had canal front room and just heard all the people talking all evening. They should supply earphones. Also bathroom had some mold along shower door.
