Located just opposite the main train station of Venice, very convenient place to stay. The staff there were all very friendly and approachable, even gave us a room upgrade as it is during the off-peak season period. Overall, we are very satisfied with the room and service provided here. Will definitely choose this hotel again for the next stay in Venice. :)

Very near to Venice Central train station... right in front of Grand Canal... Super service... Super breakfast... we were there during flooding, they provide us boots for walking... thank you...

High tide won’t stop the servicr

Although I arrived when high tide occurring, the hotel made sure I was informed. I was leaving next day before breakfast and they packed me a to go box. My 2nd time staying here, it is convenient and staff so wonderful!
