We are sorry but most surprised to read that you were not satisfied with your room especially for the service of our housekeeping as the cleaning of the rooms is usually careful and meticulous from our staff. We also apologize regarding the room availability. We ususally try to do our utmost to find an alternative to our guests if not satisfied with their accommodation but it could be possible that the category of room you booked was not available at that time.
