Room was quaint even though a bit dated in decor, TV reception was poor, good location for Everything, the view outside of our window was awesome of the canal so great to people watch, and although noisy outside, once the windows were shut no noise friendly in reception, good breakfast

Good location, average B&B hotel

Pros: Location, staff, nearby shops and restaurants
Cons: To clean rooms properly
Location: Close to bus station, everything is in walking distance
Great location, but the hotel definitely needs proper cleaning and redecorating. Breakfast was very limited and with queues. We had to leave suitcases in the hall before check-in and after leaving, so not sure if it was safe. There are mosquitos in the room, beds are very soft and I did not like bedding. The room was not cleaned properly, especially the floor, so bring your slippers! There is a mini fridge in the room full of drinks, encouraging you to spend. Staff are very nice, very helpful and polite. The carpet on the stairs was coming off so was not safe to walk. Overall, this is the average B&B hotel in my opinion two stars, but with very good location.

Needs refurbishing

The hotel is well located but seriously needs refurbishing. Mould and humidity marks on ceilings, bathroom full of limescale, not enough pressure when using hot water, not enough sockets on the walls. And if you're on the first floor, the "canal view" is pointless, you're at the same level as the street and everyone can see you in your room.

you get what you pay for ...dissapointing

Pros: - good location - safe
Cons: - refresh the hotel, i.e. paint walss/ceilings, replace grout and silicon around bath sinks, etc
Location: It's well located near the bus and train stops just at the Grand Canal. It's in a good location for the water transport or for the walking around.
We spend 5 night at this hotel and we are quite disappointed in overall with the hotel. The first impression was that the hotel stinks and is not looked after at all. I understand that Venice is build on islands, is surrounded with the water and there is lots of moisture, but with a bit of effort this hotel could be much better than it is. The simple and cheap things is just to paint some walls and ceiling, replace old silicon and grout around baths and sinks

Loistava sijainti, edullinen hinta.

Hinta-laatusuhde hotellin sijaintiin nähden on erinomainen. Aamiainen sisältyi hintaan ja se oli hotellin hintatasoon nähden yllättävänkin monipuolinen. Suosittelen!
