Excellent location. Clean. Breakfast good. Helpful staff. Bed was comfortable but quite short. Room could do with updating but was perfectly adequate and we had no complaints.

The hotel is well placed, right behind St. Marco's Square.I did not have a good view but I guess I got what I paid for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room furniture and decor looks "old". Breakfast buffet was... ok.

I liked the fact that it's steps from Saints Peters Square. Other than that the staff at the reception where rude, the room was extremely small not too mention that the spring on the mattress could be felt and there was a bad stench in the room. The food was mediocre at best. I will not book a room there again!

The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect. The hotel itself provides all of the services one would expect out of a three-star hotel, but the furnishings and maintenance very much feel like a two star. Everything is a bit antiquated. Really needs a refresh.
