Great location, close to Rialto bridge. Spacious room and bathroom. Great variety at breakfast. Mini bar in room- reasonably priced but would have been nice if there had been snacks available

Room was water damaged loose paint and dirty Markes round ceiling.fan in bathroom worked when it wanted to room was really to small and very hot

Great location but room very basic

Pros: Location
Cons: Change the lumpy beds
Location: Between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge great location for site seeing
We arrived late evening by water taxi next to the Rialto Bridge and we were given instructions on how to find the hotel, in the daylight it is only 5-7 min walk but at night more difficult to find, best use google maps to navigate the tiny streets, we were offered room 26 on the second floor, there are no lifts so quite a trek with suitcases, the room was very small and with no view, the decor was very periodic!! Breakfast is served on the first floor and was very nice (usual continental breakfast) the hotel is ideally situated between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge, so for location excellent, for comfort best ask for a bigger room or choose another hotel.

Dear customer, thanks for the feedback. On all our websites it is clearly written that the hotel does not have an elevator. In order to have a room with a view on the canal, you would have to book the type with a view and, therefore, pay a higher price. Best regards

Wenn auch etwas schwierig zu finden, super zentrale Lage quasi zwischen Rialto Brücke und San Marco Platz. Zimmer klein aber fein. Bad/Dische/WC sehr klein, Haartrockner vorhanden, jedoch nicht funktionstüchtig. Ruhiges, familiär anmutendes, gemütliches Hotel mit typisch venezianischer Einrichtung. Frühstück sehr gut mit sehr netter Bedienung. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Sympathische Menschen, stets hilfsbereit und freundlich, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet sogar mit immer frischem Fruchtsalat!! das Zimmer immer tiptop gemacht, Klimaanlage und 24h besetzter Empfang!
