Good location but rude staff

Hotel is in great location but no tea/ coffee facilities in room. Also main reception guy is really rude and him being one of the first points of contact for Venice, ruined the trip for me as a whole.

Excellent short city break

We had a really lovely time at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Brilliant location just off Piazza San Marco. Don't miss the buffet breakfast!

Great location and we were very enjoying to stay there for 2 nights. And the staffs are so friendly and provide us a pack of breakfast to carry while we check out early at 6am. Highly recommended and you won't regret.

Die Lage direkt am Markusplatz. Es gibt Zimmer mit Sicht zur Kirche. Man ist zentral Gelegen, auch zu allen Wasserwegen. Das Personal ist überaus hilfsbereit. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Hotel Concordia.

Vom Personal beim Check-in wurde meine Kreditkarte verlangt und meine Daten wurden kopiert es hat sich ein Betrug festgestellt. Wir sind dem auf der Spur deswegen hat mir der Aufenthalt nicht gefallen bin sehr enttäusch das so jemand im Hotel arbeiten kann ist mir nicht klar!!!!

Das Hotel liegt liegt linksseitlich der Basilika San Marco und man schaut beim Frühstück direkt auf diese. Restaurants sowie Shops liegen buchstäblich vor der Tür und bieten ein ausreichendes und vielfältiges Angebot. Perfekte Lage und Ausgangspunkt für eine angenehme und schöne Zeit in Venedig!

Tres bonne situation

Parfait localisation en plein centre, tout est proche. Hôtel bien isolé, notre chambre donnait sur la rue et nous n'étions pas du tout dérangés même en faisant une grasse mat'. Chambres un peu vieillote mais fonctionnelle.
