We did not stay at the hotel as we skip Venice due to the flood. It was a pity also that no refund was given by the hotel although a state of emergency was declared.

We had a wonderful stay here. Although the flooding happened, the hotel let us use other exit which was safe. We used for our honeymoon and the hotel offered the warm surprise.
