Dear Valued Guest We thank you very much for have chosen our hotel for your recent trip to Venice and for have taken some of your time to review your stay here with us assigning us a positive score. We are sorry to know that you found your room and bathroom small: the size of all our rooms matchs the standards required by the italian law and also depends on the room typologie you have booked, if you had advised us that you were inconfortable in the assigned room due to the size we could have maybe offered you a differ room or an upgrade. Also we are sorry that the room safety box was not working, even if we are gald to know that we partially solved the problem by letting you use one of the reception safety boxes while reparing the one in your room; and that you found a little bit of dust in the corners but general cleanliness was good, in fact the cleaness is an aspect that we take care of almost maniacally here in our hotel so we will immediately advise our cleaning staff to pay more attention in order to avoid this unpleasent complain againd and to keep a perfect cleaning in the whole hotel! Despite to theese negative points we are really glad to know that you found our staff friendly and helpfull and you liked our convenient location, so we definately hope to welcome you again in the future to have the chance to show you that we improved those negative aspects you mentioned and that we deserve an even higher score!
