Just acceptable

Had to request move from attic room which was not that good to ground floor which was adequate (but no more). Had problems with the shower which kept changing from too hot to cold without any adjustment.

Perfect break

The staff were wonderful. The rooms needed a little TLC but were clean and tidy. Location was very close to the waterbus stop so not far to walk. Unfortunately there was work being done opposite so you could hear the noise. This did not spoil our holiday though as the island was quiet and we took many walks and looked at the beautiful island and ate in the restaurants. I would not go to this hotel if you can not go up steps as there are many in this hotel to gett around it and no lift.

Very peaceful handy location

Extremely helpful staff and very clean hotel. Nice atmosphere. Very easy to get the boat from Murano across to Venice (buy a multi ticket as well worth it) Very peaceful island. Nice buffet continental breakfast -only downside was having tinned fruit not fresh! Location wise was very good but limited number of places open at night for food. Those we visited were very good food and good value but you could always either eat before coming back to Murano ( we did 1 out of 5 nights) or go back across to eat (as boats run very late -maybe even 24 hours)

perfect for venice trip

Great location for a visit to Venice - get away from the noise and bustle of Venice centre and stay on quiet and quaint Murano. Friendly, clean and comfortable Venecian hotel, only a few minutes from the Museo waterbus stop, 10 mins from Venice centre. Excellent continental breakfast and plenty of it. Would stay there again.
