Türe geschlossen. Empfang im freien bei 35 Grad. Mussten 10 Minuten Warten und wurden nicht ins Hotel gebeten. Empfang durch Praktikantin die nur italienisch sprach.

Eine unorganisierte und überteuerte Frechheit!

- Der Eingang befindet sich in einer engen, dreckigen, dunklen Seitengasse. Man muss klingeln und warten, die Tür ist zu. - Der Aufzug ist für 1 Person gemacht. Inakzeptabel klein. - Es gibt 2 Häuser vom Hotel. Zum Ein-/Auschecken muss man in das erste Haus und wieder raus und in ein anderes Haus weiter gehen. Merkwürdig. Die Rezeption gibts nur im ersten Haus. Mit Gepäck sehr umständlich. - Sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt, jedes Wort von draussen - Duschkopf war kaputt und ist uns ständig auf den Kopf gefallen - Licht in der Dusche kaputt - Lampen flackern - Frühstück war eine reine Katastrophe! Wenn man nicht direkt am Anfang erscheint, bekommt man nichts mehr. Dreckige, unaufgeräumte Tische, kein Besteck, alles aufgegessen und niemand da! - Ein einziger man bedient die Rezeption in beiden Hotels (!!!) und die Küchen sowie putzt die Zimmer. Ein mann macht alles. So spart man Geld? Unfassbar. - Extreme Unterschiede bei den Zimmern. Wir benutzten eine 40% Rabatt-Aktion und haben etwa 650 CHF für 4 Nächte im kleinsten Doppelzimmer bezahlt. Ohne Aktion wären es 1000 CHF. Und wenn man statt einer dreckigen Wand den Blick zum Kanal im Fenster haben möchte, kostet das 1500 CHF. Für kleinstes Doppelzimmer! Selbst für uns (Schweizer Oberschicht) ist der Preis/Leistung Verhältnis inakzeptabel. Über die grösseren Zimmer und Suiten schreibe ich nicht - zu diesem Preis kann man auch ein 5 Sterne Hotel wie Danieli buchen. Das werden wir nächstes mal auch tun!
