Good morning, thank you very much for your nice review. Our accommodation is not an Hotel but just a GuestHouse. We have a lot of additional services respect the others in the same cathegory and we decided to avoid coffee facilities and maintain low prices. Unfortunately it is well written that we have stairs with no lift but if someone has mobility problems we always try to assigne a room on the first floor. We hope to welcome you again very soon. Good morning, thank you very much for you review. Our Suite room is exactly as shown in our pictures, not so high, with the beams, and it is specified that is on the last floor... If you are so tall maybe you had to chose another type of room in order to avoid to banging you head! I assure you that we cleaned all the A/C system with a specialized company about 1 month ago and all the filters are cleaned on each departure. Regarding the wifi, why you didn't contacted us? When a Guest told us about the problem we solved the matter in less than 3 minutes.... I hope tthat you spent a beautiful time in our city. Best regards
