Nice big room - clean and reasonably fresh. Limited extras (no coffee maker, iron , hairdryer) but then that is the norm for motel 6 which is why they are such good value. We needed a comfortable bed a quiet area and a good nights sleep before hitting the road again and that is what we got at a very good price 😁. Recommend a visit to the Barstow Route 66 museum before you leave - it’s free and very interesting and take the time to walk the old town. Finally if you want a fab authentic diner experience pop down the road to Peggy Sues
