Everything was so clean, new and modern. The only problem was that there was no cold water in the bath.. so it was very hot water for shower.

Die Bedienung während des Frühstückes war sehr freundlich und besonders Sysmpatisch. (Diejenige weiss es bereits) Der Empfang war auch zu jeder Zeit korrekt und freundlich.

Sehr netter Empfang und unkompliziertes Ein-Checken. Das Zimmer war gross und geräumig, sowie mit allem Notwendigem Ausgestattet. Die Roof Top Bar im 16 Stock ist ein wahres Highlight. An der Rezeption wurden mir wunderbar Tips für einen Tag in Wien gegeben. Das Check- Out verlief reibungslos. Das Gepäck durfte ich den Tag über abgeben. Das Hotel hat auf Anfrage meine Rückreise Organisiert.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten und Kissen sind ausserordentlich bequem. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Wiener Hauptbahnhof und ist trotzdem ruhig. Schade im Moment ist, dass es eine grosse Baustelle um das Hotel herum hat.

Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gepflegtes und mit Kunst und Zeit verspielter Einrichtung. Aussicht von der Bar einmalig. Leider für die eigenen Hotelgäste wenig Sitzplätze im Freien. Im Wellnessbereich fehlt ein Pool.
