Erinomainen sijainti. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Todella tilava ja rauhallinen huoneisto. Maukas ja runsas aamiainen. En suosittele allergikolle (kokolattiamatto, pesuaineiden tuoksu).

Unteres Mittelklasse, gute Lage

Pros: grosse Zimmer, ein wenig lieblos eingerichtet.
Unteres Mittelklasse Hotel mit sehr grossen Räumen. Während 4 Nächten war der gleiche Schmutz am Boden, Reinigungsteam hatte wohl eine schlechte Woche (trotz Trinkgeld, welches wir immer hinterlegt hatten). Als wir es beim Auschecken gemeldet haben, wollte uns die Reception einfach nur schnell wieder loswerden "danke, danke, danke und auf wiedersehen". Zudem geniert sich das Personal nicht, einfach ins Zimmer zu laufen. Doch haben wir als Entschuldigung eine Flasche Wein geschenkt bekommen, allerdings war diese bereits geöffnet und nur noch zu 3/4 voll ... Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, das nötigste hat man. Allerdings hörte man in unserer Deluxe Suite jeden einzelnen Schritt vom Zimmernachbarn im oberen Stockwerk (Knarz-Geräusche vom Boden). Nachteilig, wenn der Zimmernachbar viel rumläuft. Sehr gute Lage. Frühstücksbuffet OK. Wir feiern das Neujahr immer in Europäischen Städten. Dies war das erste Hotel, welches am Frühstücksbuffet am 1. Januar kein Sekt ausgeschenkt hat.

Lieber Alex, Als erstes entschuldigen Sie bitte vielmals alle erlebten und enstandenen Umstände. Ich bedaure es sehr zu hören, dass Sie mit uns und unserem Service nicht zufrieden waren! Aber ich danke Ihnen für Ihr ehrliches Feedback, da es uns die Möglichkeit gibt, uns in den angesprochenen Punkten zu verbessern. Ich werde unverzüglich Rücksprache mit unserem Housekeeping Team und natürlich auch mit der Rezeption halten. Natürlich ist das nicht unser Servicestandard nicht gründlich zu reiningen, einfach in das Zimmer zu rennen oder auch Beschwerden bzw. Feedback nicht richtig aufzunehmen. Seien Sie versichert, wir werden uns darum kümmern und schulen- sodass so etwas in Zukunft nicht nochmal passiert! Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns nochmal in Zukunft eine Chance geben würden- sodass wir Ihre Erwartungen treffen können oder vielleicht sogar übertreffen können! Sehr gute Lage

Liegt rund 10 Minuten vom Zentrum/Stephansdom entfernt. U Bahn Station nur 2 Minuten vom Hotell entfernt Zu diesen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach Top. Jederzeit wieder. Ist ein Besuch wehrt. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Hotel mit sehr guter Lage .

Super gelegen . Sehr freundliches Personal . Nur mit Frühstück , kein Restaurant . Klima in den Zimmern funktioniert nicht richtig , daher sehr heiss . Trotzdem schönes Hotel und zu empfehlen .

Die Klimaanlage haben wir komplett abgedreht und deswegen hat Sie nicht funktioniert, da es in den Nächten bereits etwas kalt war. Nice hotel with good situation

Pros: Situation and big rooms
The hotel in near the center . By walk about 15 minutes. To the metro 5 minutes. The rooms are nice. Separate living room and bedroom. The bathroom is big and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

sehr schönes Hotel in Citynähe

Pros: Zimmer und Service
Location: Man kann vom Hotel aus viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichen. Stephansdom, Oper, Altstadtring, und vieles mehr.
Tolle Zeit erlebt im Hotel. Haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht, da sie in der Nähe waren.

Super Hotel in Stadtnähe!

Pros: Die Freundlichkeit und das komfortable Zimmer!
Cons: ev Parkplatzsituation???
Ich hatte geschäftlich in Wien zu tun und war bisher immer in einem anderen Hotel; dieses Hotel sagt mir sehr zu und ich werde sicherlich wieder dort buchen!
