In regards to your feedback on our housekeeping service however, I am deeply sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you as well as the impression you have received. Allow me to assure you that I have already evaluated this matter with our Executive Housekeeper in order to review our training standards and to avoid such re-occurrences in the future. We do operate our hotel on highest cleanliness- and quality standards, which numerous traveller reviews do confirm. Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A 24-hour health club, a terrace, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at the luxury Hilton Vienna Park. The hotel can provide concierge services and wedding services. For a fee, parking is available. A complete renovation of Hilton Vienna Park was completed in September 2020. This Art Deco Vienna hotel is smoke free.
