Lovely hotel within short walk of city centre.

Pros: We loved the decor, ambience and comfort. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts were great as were the the afternoon tea and cakes.
Cons: Not much really. Our room was quite small but perfectly comfortable for 2 people. Some bottled water would have been nice.
Location: The location was good - set slightly away from the city centre but only a 5 to 10 minute walk (once you got your bearings and went the right way.
My friend I enjoyed a great 3 night break in Vienna which we enjoyed tremendously. Based at the Beethoven we had easy access to nearby galleries, the underground, taxi rank, wine bars and restaurants. There was so much to see and do and we were delighted by the beautiful architecture, the museums and art galleries as well as the city's cleanliness, efficiency and friendliness. As two women on our own we felt very safe and loved the many atmospheric coffee houses with their beautiful coffee and cakes!

Well located for sightseeing

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Maybe an upgrade of the bathroom
Location: The Session Building is less than 5 minutes walk away and the Opera house is about 10 minutes walk as is the Museum Quarter. I
The hotel is ideal if all you want to do is put your head down at night and have breakfast in the morning There is limited lounge space and no facilities for dinner but snacks are available. The buffet breakfast in the morning was comprehensive enough although space around the buffet was congested at times.The hotel is down a side street but is well located for site seeing. Our bed room was a good size but the bath and bathroom were quite small. There were nice high ceilings with air conditioning and windows which could be opened for fresh air.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sins alle in relativ kurzen Distanzen zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Top-Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innert wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und weil sich das Hotel in einer Seitengasse befindet recht ruhig. Sehr schöne, nostalgische Zimmer mit modernem Komfort. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks-Buffet. Freundliches Personal. Wir können das Hotel Beethoven nur weiterempfehlen.
