Moreover I would also like to apologize for any inconveniences caused due to the temperature in your room. The unexpectedly warm pre-spring temperatures have indeed caused some challenges for our air conditioning system, particularly in those rooms with more sun exposure during the day. Please rest assured that we will keep on working with our engineering team to find the best possible solution for the comfort of our guests even during those periods where temperatures fluctuate more than usually!
