Lovely place. Very clean and quiet. Showers great, air conditioning, black out blinds and use of a free safe. Staff are nice and accomodating. My only few quibbles would be there are NO English channels on the TV or subtitles. There are no kettles or any customer information left in the rooms especially what number reception is. This was not offered to us on arrival either. I contacted Ebookers to specifically make sure we had toileteries and a kettle. Prior to arrival and the email stated toileteries would be there but in fact shower gel is the only thing included in the stay. No kettle was mentioned. But finishing on a plus extremely clean comfy beds. We would stay again just bring a travel kettle and extras.

Das Hotel sticht durch seine aussergewöhnliche und moderne Architektur direkt ins Auge. Der Empfang verlief zügig und ohne grösseren Problemen. Beim Zimmerbezug wurden wir aber vom ersten Eindruck enttäuscht. Beim ersten Betrachten des Zimmers ist uns aufgefallen, dass vorallem im Dusch/WC Bereich nicht wirklich sauber geputzt wurde. Im Lavabo und der Dusche liessen sich noch Haare des vorherigen Gastes finden. Ausserdem waren auf dem Toilettenring eingetrocknete Urinflecken sichtbar. Abgesehen von diesen "Mängeln" welche sich im Verlauf des Aufenthaltes verbesserten waren wir aber zufrieden.

Schöne und mit allem Notwendigem eingerichtete Hotelzimmer. Super Lage, der Bahnhof und die Metro ist nur 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Der Service der Rezeption war super, jedoch war das Servicepersonal in dem Restaurant überfordert. Obwohl nur drei weitere Tische besetzt waren, warteten wir 20 min für einen Kaffee (!) und weitere 25 min für ein Schokoküchlein. Die Sauna ist neu und sehr einladend, wurde aber leider nicht zu Ende gedacht. Ein Ruheraum wäre schon sehr sinnvoll, da man seinem Körper eine Pause zwischen dem Saunieren gönnen muss -> Verbesserungspotential

lage ist super, ruhig angenehm und gut erreichbar. mir hat das personal auch gut gefallen alle segr freundlich und verständlich aber ich hätte mir ein wenig mehr informationen bzgl der stadt gewünscht(wenn man sie gefragt hat habe ich immer eine antwort bekommen! nichts gegen dem) was mir sehr gut gefallen hat war das zimmer! die farben und fotos 😍! das bad nicht soo gut die türen waren schlecht, finde es sehr schön das es ein föhn hat! :) ausserdem hat mir nach so eine grosse reise wasser im zimmer gefählt!! das hotel ist sehr empfehlens wert jedoch auch nicht soo billig deswegen wünsche ich mir für meinen nächste aufenthalt im roomz (jaa es wird definitiv nochmal eins geben!) 1. wasser im zimmer bitte 2. tücher im badezimmer wurden nicht gewechselt 3. mehr infos über die stadt :) sonst alles super danke sehr!!
