Zunächst einmal möchten wir uns entschuldigen und bedauern, dass Ihr Aufenthalt war nicht zu erwarten. Wir fühlen, was mit kaltem Wasser passiert ist. Es muss ein Fehlerpunkt sind wir zuversichtlich, dass, wenn Sie an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wird es so schnell wie möglich zu sortieren.
