Bien sauf l acceuil

Chambre correct et refaite à neuf mais acceuil nul et départ pire on va fait payer la note dans un regard ni un sourire et si je ne prenais pas congé je n aurais même pas eu d au revoir !! étonnant pour un hôtel !

Week end familial

Chambre qui aurait besoin d'être restauré. Pas de grand changement depuis ces dernières années. Chaînes qui n'ont pas beaucoup évoluées.

Une chambre sans chauffage

une nuit dans une chambre spacieuse certes. mais nous fume réveillé par le froid car le chauffage ne soufflais que de l'air froid et pas une couverture complémentaire. Le matin nous aprime que c’était inhérent a plusieurs chambres de l’hôtel et a part une vague excuse de la réceptionniste aucun geste commercial pour excusé d'avoir du dormir dans une chambre sans chauffage en décembre

Une chambre sans chauffage

L'hotel est correcte mais la nuit fut mauvaise car le chauffage était en panne et pas une couverture en complément le lendemain matin quand on se plaint on apprend que toutes les chambre de notre étage sont en panne et a part une excuse dite du bout des lèvres pas un geste commercial pour s'excusé d'avoir laissé des client sans chauffage en plein mois de décembre

DIRECTION RIGOUREUSE , HOTEL QUI TOURNE ROND

Pas de surprise par rapport aux chambres ,hotel très bien tenu , la direction est très professionnelle et à l'écoute du client , le personnel tout autant , le buffet est très soigné par rapport à d'autres établissements du groupe. Mon point de chute préféré pour St Etienne

très bien mais...

Il est regrettable d'être réveillé par la douche du voisin. Sur un séjour de 3 nuits, dommage que la ménage ait été oublié le deuxième jour.
