Guests must arrange transfers from Male International Airport to the property, which is 45 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Please contact the hotel office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Transfer is by seaplane and conducted only during daylight hours (approximately 6 AM to 4 PM). Guests arriving at Male International airport after 3 PM or departing with flights before 9 AM will need to stay overnight in Male or at an airport hotel. The transfer will be provided the next morning with the first available flight. Due to extreme weather conditions, transfers may not always be available at the designated time and the resort is not liable for any costs arising from weather delays. Every effort will be made to transfer guests from the airport to the resort within 2 hours of guest check-in at the seaplane terminal.
Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a luggage fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. The standard permissible weight is 25 kg, which includes 20 kg of checked-in luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage per person. The weight for any single piece of bag should not exceed 32 kg. The per kg charge for baggage above the permissible limit is USD 5.00 plus applicable taxes, which either can be paid at TMA check-in counter by guest or upon arrival at the resort. Guests must pay the seaplane transfer fee at checkout. The seaplane transfer fee varies based on date of travel.
