Sehr geehrte Gäste, Zunächst einmal möchte ich Ihnen für die Zeit, die Sie sich genommen haben, um Ihre Eindrücke mit uns zu teilen, danken. Ich persönlich bedauere es sehr, dass wir nicht bereits während Ihres Aufenthalts bei uns in direkten Kontakt getreten sind. Auf diese Weise hätten wir gemeinsam erörtern können, warum unsere Leistungen und die angegebenen Situationen, die Sie erlebt haben, einen solch negativen Eindruck auf Sie hinterlassen haben. Ich kann Ihnen versichern, dass ich diesbezüglich alles persönlich überprüft habe. Wir haben auch mit unserem Team Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für unsere Leistungen durchgeführt und auch die Beaufsichtigung verstärkt.
