There was no hot water at all when we arrived, we went to complain about it, and they apparently turned on the central water heater, saying it will be ready in an hour or so. How can there be no hot water by default in the afternoon at a hotel with so many rooms? There were also no towels in the room, we asked for it, they said they'll bring it in 10 minutes, and after 1.5 hours we just couldn't wait anymore and went to pick it up ourselves. After that when finally trying the shower, the water pressure was so terrible, it was like standing in the rain, enough to get you wet but not to wash yourself. The safe in the room didn't work, they said it's low on battery, and they didn't replace the battery. The breakfast was okay, not the best, but can't say it's bad compared to other places in Jordan. The location is very good, it's uphills, which can be tough after a long hike in Petra, but only 400 meters, so you can take it. There's a small shop about 100 meters from the hotel, it's very useful to buy water, since they didn't provide free water. I thought that was a custom in Jordan. Long story short, it wasn't a terrible experience, but wouldn't stay there again.
