Hotel away from Birmingham central.

Hotel in excellent position away from the city and close to friends. Comfortable room and clean. Facilities excellent with great range of gym equipment. Only one disappointing feature was the constant smell of roast meat and as a vegetarian this was disappointing. Staff really lovely and helpful. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel & Restaurant, Child-Free Pool/Spa

Fantastic hotel, comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Restaurant is excellent with an incredibly talented chef. Rare find for a high end dog--friendly hotel. Pool/Spa facilities are fantastic - no kids!! The only negatives are - Changing rooms can be a bit busy and they're not spacious For a dog friendly hotel, a lack of outdoor bins...

Fairlawns Spa

Pros: The character of the setting, relaxation and brought on a feeling of importance and elegance
Cons: Only let down was breakfast - ordered breakfast in bed, however this was served in dribs and drabs and not all at once. Total letdown
Location: Was solely there for a short period of time so, no chance to explore surroundings.
Beautiful hotel with lovely surroundings - only wish check out could be a bit later as check in is at 1400 but you have to be out by 1100 and if you have come for an event it doesnt give you sufficient time to try and enjoy the surroundings ie gym, spa etc makes the experience a bit rushed.

Excellent friendly hotel for a relaxing weekend.

Excellent layout in building. Function rooms being well used during our two night stay but this did not impose on our relaxing visit, no noise heard at our room location. Health club and spa provide clean excellent facilities. Staff made us very welcome as individual guests.
