What is left to day, the accommodation was just what we needed for an overnight stay, the staff were very helpful, the parking was free and we enjoyed Warrington on route to Liverpool

Clean & nice presentation. Toilet didn't work and TV didn't work called reception and they fixed it straight away. Poor food - ordered the Special deal - Fish & chips and a free glass of wine'. Fish was 3 small bits - like 'fish bites' - wafer thin with no fish inside. We complained and got a good reduction so not that bad after all. Plenty parking too

ruined works christmas party night

Upon arrival to check in and get ready for my works Christmas party , I was informed that the 2 of the 3 rooms I booked and paid for in June had been booked out to the village hotel in the centre of Warrington away from the rest of our friends and colleagues without prior notification. Our friend banished her husband from their room and we had to get ready in there and leave all our luggage in there until the end of the party night and then travel across town to another hotel whilst our friends continued to celebrate without us. The manager refused to move anyone else, even the people that booked after us, despite the fact that we were 2 ladies. The hotel staff were unhelpful, disorganised and was extremely upset and disappointed with the whole experience.

Disappointment

Poor value; room was cramped, dated and 'tired'. We found it comparable to a run-of-the-mill B & B, but with no breakfast and at twice the price. Thankfully we used the room for one night's sleep.
