Dear Guest, We appreciate your opinion regarding Novotel Warszawa Centrum. We would like to apologize you for each of the negative situations you met in our hotel. Also, we are sorry for the renovation noises in your room. Recently we are having a renovation at one floor in order to improve our Guests’ satisfaction in the future. Again, we would like to express our apology that those works ruined your stay in our House. Our management drew conclusions from that valuable comments and we are already in process of improving the quality of our services while renovation works. Regarding your restaurant experience, we have shared your opinion about our bartender with the Novotel Team and we deeply investigated this matter.
