Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at Mercure London. Parking fee applies when booking via a 3rd party, free if you book directly from our central reservation. It’s monitored by a private company. This measure has been put in place to stop and fine non-Mercure customers from leaving their car in our spacious parking lot. All online booking agencies have all been notified of the charge, and we cannot be held accountable if they don’t publish it. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Kind regards
