Preis-Leistung ganz gut, saubere Zimmer, wenn auch etwas aus der Mode, vor allem das Badezimmer. Aber für den Preis nichts zu beanstanden!

Der erste Eindruck wurde leider nicht bestätigt

Pros: Frühstück
Cons: - Reklamationsbearbeitung - Klarheit in den Preisen und keine versteckten Kosten
Location: Wesel, einige nette Ruhrgebietsaktivitäten sind möglich.
1.) Man fragte uns, ob wir das Zustellbett für unsere Tochter haben wollten, es sei nämlich schon aufgebaut, da man von keinen zusätzlichen Kosten gesprochen hat, stimmten wir zu. Erst in den FAQs des Hotels, die ich nur zufällig angeschaut habe - habe ich gesehen, dass man für ein Zustellbett 20 € abrechnen möchte, Wir haben direkt die Rezeption informiert und die Damen haben das Bett dann tatsächlich wieder abgeholt!! 2.) Das Wildschweinragout war trocken und mit Pilzen (das stand so nicht auf der Karte). Das Essen haben wir zurück gehen lassen, trotzdem wurde es komplett abgerechnet. Wir haben zwar eine Falsche Wein bekommen, auf die hätte ich aber gut und gerne verzichten können. Fazit: Wenn man über Onlineportale gute Preise anbietet, kann man nicht durch versteckte Zusatzleistungen versuchen doch noch zu seinem gewünschten Preis zu kommen und Reklamationsbearbeitung muss auch unbedingt im Restaurant geschult werden. Übrigens: beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht gefragt, wie es uns gefallen hat. Auch ein unprofessionelles Zeichen...

Mangelnde Sauberkeit der Zimmer

Aufgrund von mangelnder Sauberkeit des Zimmers (Haare in Bett, Dusche) wurde uns zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Aber in dem war es nicht anders (Haare im Bett und Waschbecken plus Zahnpastareste). Dann wurde uns zwar ein Upgrade auf die Suite verschafft, aber die war genauso verhaart. Absoluter Hammer: Im Kühlschrank stand noch eine angefangene Flasche Sekt! Absoluter Ober-Oberhammer: Danach bot man uns an, uns das Geld zurück zu erstatten und uns vor die Tür zu setzen!!!

Sehr kleines Doppelzimmer und abgewohnt

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr schön.
Cons: Wenn schon Doppelzimmer gebucht dann auch Doppelzimmer vergeben
Location: Nahe Wesel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Wesel.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hat eher an ein Einzelzimmer erinnert. Das Bett war für zwei Erwachsenen Personen viel zu klein.
