2 of the rooms was not that clean and there where 3 dogs on our floor we had kids and the customers where complaining about the doors being open yet they where allowing there dogs to run up and down the hall way

All okay except .........

Pros: The reception staff were helpful and the room was spacious
Cons: The only complaint we had was the failure of the cleaning staff to clean the room properly. We thought the cleaner was playing games. Pathetic.
Location: Burnham on Sea - 3 miles, Weston Super Mare 7 miles. On NORTH bound of M5 motorway services
Wanted a place to sleep for four nights as we knew we would be out and about from early morning to late evening touring Somerset. Booked in but was allocated a smoking room but I had the paperwork to show that a non smoking room was booked in advance. We were then changed to a non smoking room which was the last one available. (if not we would not have stopped at the hotel). The room was fine. Clean and spacious. Noise from car park but we expected that as the hotel is located at the Service Station so no problem there. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Now comes the complaint. The room was never fully cleaned each day. Bed left unmade (so in the end I made it), used towels left in the bath and not replaced on two nights so I had to go down late at night to get some clean towels, cups not washed, bin not emptied....... but at least the cleaner managed to vacuum the carpet !!

Cons: Wifi was a bit slow at peak times
Location: Weston super mare, Brean and Burnham-on-sea all close by. Water adventure park in Weston good for kids. Tropiquarium a must see.
Nice hotel close to all attractions and beaches,clean spacious rooms and helpful staff. Was surprised how quiet it was as its so close to the motorway and in a busy service area. Definitely recommend.
