The room could have been cleaner. I had to wash the cups as they were stained and one had hair inside. The carpets had not been hoovered and there was dust on furniture. The bathroom was clean but the duvet was too small for the bed. Glad we were only staying one night!!!
Beds uncomfortable,could feel springs in my back. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Chair dusty and stained. No desk light working. Carpets dirty. Accessible room no telephone . Lighting very poor . Overall bad experience . Could not recommend to any one.
Room was cold on entering as heater switched off and window open even though it was 6 degrees outside! Shaver socket was not working as it was hanging off the wall. We reported it to reception which was written down but nothing was done about it for the duration of our stay! 6 nights. We also reported the fact that we had to bang our room door in order for it to lock. Not good for other guests to hear!
