There was no heating in the the room radiators were not working and we were not told on arrival . Could not use wardrobe very strong smell of dog Had been sleeping in there. Bath room unusable So cold. On handing back key. There was no apology or refund . I would never use this hotel again. And certainly never recommend

Food was very good & restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Pretty courtyard to sit out in. Clean. Rooms really let the hotel down, especially the bathrooms which were barely useable & in a poor state. Beds not particularly comfortable. Expensive room rates for facilities provided & we were moved to a superior room which was an improvement but not by much. B&B or a premier inn would be half the price & much better standard of room.
