Wellnesshotel mit einigen Abstrichen

Wir buchten einen Wellnessurlaub in diesem Hotel in einem Familienzimmer. Positiv bei unserer Ankunft war, dass wir bereits 2h eher in das gebuchte Zimmer konnten. Beim Zimmer angekommen waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Es war ein eher kleines und verwinkeltes Zimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein kleiner Raum mit 2 einzelnen Betten der durch einen Vorhang vom Wohnraum getrennt war. Es war ok. Die angrenzende Terasse war ausreichend, allerdings waren die Stühle noch sehr dreckig und mussten von uns erstmal gereinigt werden. Das Bad war sehr klein, man konnte sich zwischen Waschbecken und Dusche gerademal um die eigene Achse drehen. Zur Sauberkeit der Zimmer gab es nichts zu beanstanden, im Gegenteil, alles war geputzt und sehr ordentlich und sauber hergerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden täglich geputzt, während wir uns beim gemütlichen Frühstück befanden. Dafür ein großes Lob, da waren die Putzfrauen sehr schnell. Allerdings sollte man die Anschaffung neuer Putzmittel überlegen, die stinken ziemlich stark. So musste das Zimmer von uns erstmal anschließend eine halbe Stunde gelüftet werden. In unserem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile. Allerdings war der Schrank mit dem Besteck und Töpfen zugeschlossen. Auf unser Nachfragen, erklärte man uns, dass das Aufschließen 10€ extra kostet. Meiner Meiniung nach eine Unverschämtheit!! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und Kaffeemaschine gebucht und mussten für den Nutzen derer extra zahlen?! Der nächste Punkt war das versprochenen WLan auf allen Zimmer, womit auf der Homepage geworben wird. Nun, es gab zwar einen Tmobile Hotspot aber der kostete zusätzlich Geld ( 5€ pro Tag). Da hätte ich besseren Service erwartet, gerade weil es noch auf der Homepage ausgeschrieben war. In der Lobby stand ein PC mit freien Internetzugang. Allerdings ist dieser aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und beim Bedienen sehr langsam. Da ist jedes Handy mit einer Internetflat schneller. Das Essen war gut. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück, welches viel Auswahl bot. Etwas umständlich war die Tischzuteilung. Jeden Morgen musste man einen Kellner nach seinem Tisch fragen, der einem aufs Neue zugeordnet wird. Vielleicht kann man den Gästen einen Tisch für den gesamten Aufenthalt zuordnen, das fände ich angenehmer. Auch das Abendessen ( Buffetbuchung nach Wahl) bot eine Auswahl an Speisen an, die gut waren. Wellness - im Hotel buchten wir eine Rückenmassage, die vom Preis her okay war. ( DIe restlichen Anwendungen waren etwas überteuert, die hätte man im nahegelgenen Ort günstiger bekommen). Allerdings musste man bei seinem Termin gute 5min vor der Tür warten, bis jmd die Tür zur Beautylounge öffnet. Ich hab mich zwischendurch gefragt, ob überhaupt jmd da ist. Nach dem Einlaß begann die Rückenmassage, diese war wirklich gut von der Kosmetikerin durchgeführt. Allerdings bekam man von den gebuchten 20min nur max. 15min geboten, was ein bißchen ärgerlich war. Poolbereich - Der Poolbereich sah sehr nett aus und bot einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Leider waren im Garten nur 4 Liegen aufgestellt, was für die Anzahl der Gäste echt wenig war. Außerdem konnten die Gäste des Restaurants direkt auf die Liegen schauen, was ein bißchen ungünstig ist, wenn die Gäste im Badeanzug dort liegen. Hier wäre eine kleine Abtrennung wünschenswert. Der Pool ist sehr klein, so dass er mit 6 Gästen schon ziemlich voll ist. Im Gegenzug dazu ist der Saunabereich größer angelegt und war sehr nett.
