Check in experience was OK but not particularly welcoming, general decor is old and tired as is the room, restaurant food is good as is breakfast, but service very slow and parking is a nightmare. All in all hotel is OK but wouldn't stay there again unless no choice.

On top floor, no air con so very warm. Arrived after a late flight so had no time to sort it out.

Close proximity to airport. Spacious room, good breakfast, poor staff. Always seemed more preoccupied with work load than helping guests. Workers with headphones in or playing on phones.

Will not recommend at all

Items were missing in the room so called reception 10 times to bring them up, they didn't, and had to go to reception physically to ask them!! Pool and Spa facilities: Absolutely terrible, total waste of time and money. I was really disappointed since the poolside, changing area, showers and virtually everywhere was full of dirt and dust without anybody caring to clean the area regularly! Jacuzzi was terrible having too much chemical and my eyes were sore after 2 mins (same with all people who were there). Sauna small and not hot at all. Changing areas mixed as one was closed with prior info.

Stop over for early flight

Stayed here for an early morning flight. Used a airports 10 mins away.. we used the free spa and gym which was very nice. Parking was free. Towels at gym was free.. staff were friendly and we used the in house restaurant. We had 3 course meal for 20pp. My only 2 gripes were. Asked for a morning call as we were leaving early.. we didn't get it. No phone in the room to actually recieve it.and my biggest gripe. £4.10 for a pint of coke...

Very uncomfortable

Pros: The pool and steam room were nice
Cons: Air conditioning or fans in rooms
Location: Good for airport.
It was so hot it was unbearable. I opened the windows wide but it was still airless. The next day I was covered in bites. Not sure if they were in the bed or something came in through the window. I am now in Budapest and very uncomfortable. Taking piriton and anti histamine cream.

Great 4star hotel for the price of a3 star

The staff have a good team spirit Restaurant food superb and great value with attentive waiters. Rooms nicely laid out and the use of the spa is highly recommended Location not too far from the airport and fre parking
